Heat tracing is a system used to maintain the temperature of pipes, vessels and surfaces. In heat tracing, an electrical heating element is fitted in physical contact along a length of pipe or across a surface. Heat generated by the element maintains the temperature of the surface. A Motor Control Center (MCC) is an assembly to control some or all electric motors in a central location—Including a multiple enclosed unit having a common power bus, common starters, fuse or circuit breakers and power disconnects. The EnerSource team has extensive experience installing these systems new or retrofitting an existing system for more cost effective performance.

EnerSource has extensive experience installing PLC (Programable Logic Controller) Systems. The control system is modular and continuously monitors the state of input devices and makes decisions based upon a custom program to control output devices. Input/output installation is perhaps the most critical job when installing a PLC. To minimize errors and simplify installation, our electricins follow predefined I/O system installation guidelines prepared during the design phase.

As a Terminal Specialist company, EnerSource can install Ratio & Side Stream Blending Systems. Typically, the term ratio blending is a method used in the bio-stream mixture with the main fuel stream “downstream” of the main fuel meter and managed with one electronic controller device managing all flow control valves. Side Stream Blending is an alterative for ratio blending, where the blend stream is mixed with the main fuel “upstream” of the fuel meter, managed by a electronic controlling device.

EnerSource can replace the existing meter and circuit breakers to allow for the handling of more power, or replace an electrical panel or circuit breakers that are obsolete, damaged or dangerous. Updating your system may also include adding new electrical outlets and replacing the used cable, old cable wires and receptacles—all to improve the efficiency of your electrical system.
